Awesome rose gray girl born 12/31/2009 at a whopping 19.2 lb. Sire is BBH’s late gray sire Lautoro, who had fabulously fine fiber, even as a mature stud. Dam is Pali, a Hemingway grand-daughter, who gives her fine fiber to all her cria. Rose won second place at the 2011 Houston Livestock ASLA Show. She has turned into a tall, lanky girl, and her fiber is like a cloud, though not dense. 2015 OFDA of 15.6 AFD, as a 6 year old!
She lost her first cria, a fawn girl immediately after birth. Unfortunately, I have never been able to get her to carry a cria to full term since. She is now officially a fiber girl, and will only go to a farm who can appreciate her wonderful fiber, still incredibly soft at her age.
